This Yellow saree is part of Panaya's Katan Silk Collection. Katan silk is the most prized variety of Banarasi weaving — made from tightly twisted pure mulberry silk threads that give a crisp, structured drape with a natural golden sheen.

Kadwa weave is one of the oldest and most authentic Banarasi weaving techniques. In Kadwa, each motif is individually woven into the fabric — thread by thread — without any floating threads on the reverse side. This produces an exceptionally clean finish on both sides of the saree, making Kadwa sarees highly coveted for their craftsmanship and durability. Booti pattern refers to small, scattered floral or geometric motifs spread across the body of the saree — delicate, elegant, and timeless. On a bright Yellow Katan base, the Booti motifs shimmer with an almost jewel-like brilliance, making this saree a perfect choice for haldi ceremonies, spring festivals, and celebratory occasions.
