Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During festive seasons, promotional periods, or high-demand events, processing times may be extended.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (India)

The Panaya ships across India through trusted logistics partners.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

The Panaya ships to selected international destinations.

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local carrier operations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

International shipping charges are determined based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Customs Duties & Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges imposed by their country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise specified.

Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS.

Customers can monitor shipment progress using the tracking number provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

The Panaya is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, customers should contact our support team.

The Panaya will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

International Returns

Please note that The Panaya does not accept returns or exchanges for international orders once dispatched, except in cases where a damaged or incorrect product has been delivered and reported within the specified timeframe.
